Food is the foundation of Epic Events Catering services.  We believe a true transformation happens to a dish when we combine a few essential ingredients: respect, tenderness, grace, and passion.  Chef Katherine Perry has a passion for the natural development of produce, grains and raising of animals.  He approaches the ingredients with a desire to compliment what has already been made perfect.  This mind set ensures you receive freshly prepared, seasonal produce harvested at its peak potential.
